Cook- HP at Central Peninsula Hospital – Soldotna, Alaska

Performs assigned Food Service duties to ensure that requested and required foods are provided on schedule according to established recipes and are pleasing and palatable to patients and customers of all ages. Food is prepared in accordance with State and Federal regulations, Heritage Place infection control procedures and department standards to ensure protection from contamination, cross-contamination, and food borne illness.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree(GED).
• One year Food Service- experiene in a production kitchen
• State of Alaska Food Worker Card within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of safe food handling techniques.
