  • Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives and senior healthcare stakeholders by understanding their priorities, delivering insights, and developing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and qualify prospects and expansion opportunities among large and complex provider organizations, developing differentiated and compelling value propositions.
  • Own sales activity and regional executive relationships, with accountability for pipeline development, bookings, growth, and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain robust sales pipelines aligned with business and revenue targets.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, business cases, and executive-level proposals that clearly demonstrate value and return on investment.
  • Prospect into new and existing healthcare organizations, assess market intelligence, and translate industry trends into actionable sales strategies.

  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records, including contact information, active opportunities, account plans, and relevant client intelligence.
  • Contribute to practice development by helping refine, develop, launch, and implement new consulting services and products.
  • Support thought leadership, innovation, and broader business development initiatives that strengthen market presence and growth.
  • Collaborate across sales, account management, consulting, pharmacy, operations, and other functions to develop, position, negotiate, and close complex opportunities.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead teams when needed, including situations where direct management authority is not present.
Requirements
  • Relevant bachelor's degree preferred; an advanced degree is desirable.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare sales, business development, account management, consulting, pharmacy, pharmaceutical services, or healthcare supply chain.
  • Demonstrated success generating new business, acquiring clients, and delivering revenue growth within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven experience selling complex, consultative solutions to healthcare organizations involving multiple stakeholders and extended sales cycles.
  • Required experience selling into the non-acute healthcare market, such as physician practices, long-term care or skilled nursing facilities, specialty pharmacies, home-based care, or other non-acute organizations.
  • Strong preference for pharmacy or Rx sales experience and a solid understanding of the non-acute pharmacy and medication management landscape.
  • Established relationships with non-acute healthcare executives, pharmacy leaders, physicians, and other senior decision-makers are highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities, formulate sales strategies, build qualified pipelines, and convert prospects into new clients.
  • Experience partnering with clinical and operational groups connected to supply chain, pharmacy, procurement, finance, or clinical operations.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including the ability to articulate value propositions, develop business cases, demonstrate ROI, and negotiate sophisticated agreements.
  • Exceptional executive presence with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse internal functions and align stakeholders around client and commercial objectives.
  • Leadership experience is preferred, particularly the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
