This is a founding growth marketing opportunity focused on building and scaling a high-impact lifecycle program for a major trading product portfolio.
You will own retention and engagement strategy across push notifications, email, and in-app experiences.
The role combines strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution, experimentation, analytics, and creative problem-solving.
You will use behavioral insights, segmentation, and automation to increase engagement, product adoption, and revenue while reducing churn.
Working closely with Product, Data Science, Design, Brand, and Product Marketing, you will shape personalized customer journeys across multiple trading products.
You will have significant ownership over the lifecycle roadmap, measurement framework, and experimentation agenda.

- Own the retention and engagement marketing strategy across push notifications, email, and in-app messaging for the trading product portfolio.
- Define lifecycle marketing priorities, success metrics, strategic roadmap, and opportunities for future program development.
- Partner with the Lifecycle Lead to establish business outcomes and communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to product and growth leadership.
- Build, launch, and optimize sophisticated CRM campaigns and automated journeys designed to increase revenue, engagement, retention, and product adoption.
- Develop and manage behavioral segmentation, triggers, personalization, and customer journeys across different user cohorts and lifecycle stages.
- Own the lifecycle experimentation roadmap in partnership with Data Science and Product, identifying and testing opportunities to drive measurable growth.
- Collaborate with Product teams to develop comprehensive lifecycle strategies and automations across prediction markets, spot trading, and perpetual futures.
- Partner with Brand Design and Product Marketing to create thoughtful, compelling, and on-brand campaign experiences and go-to-market moments.
- Analyze campaign and user behavior data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Continuously improve CRM capabilities, processes, and automation infrastructure to make lifecycle marketing more effective and scalable.
- Contribute to broader growth initiatives and help establish lifecycle marketing as a key driver of business performance.
- 3–6 years of experience developing and managing lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing programs from strategy through execution.
- Extensive experience building and executing complex, multi-step CRM campaigns involving multiple stakeholders and channels.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Braze or comparable campaign-building tools.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing principles, including segmentation, behavioral triggers, personalization, retention, engagement, and churn reduction.
- Proven ability to use analytics and experimentation methodologies to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and improve marketing performance.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation systems and experience developing capabilities that increase lifecycle program effectiveness.
- Experience in prediction markets, sports gaming, consumer fintech, trading, or another high-engagement consumer product environment is strongly valued.
- Strong copywriting skills and creative judgment, with the ability to develop compelling messaging and campaign concepts.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with Product, Data Science, Design, Brand, and Marketing teams.
- Strong ownership mindset, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
