This senior consulting role offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategies for leading B2B organizations across complex industries. You will lead client engagements spanning sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, and revenue strategy, translating business challenges into practical, high-impact solutions. The role combines strategic analysis, financial modeling, stakeholder management, and hands-on project leadership. The environment is entrepreneurial, intellectually rigorous, collaborative, and highly focused on measurable business outcomes. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex engagements while helping organizations modernize their people, processes, technology, and commercial models.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, managing project plans, timelines, workstreams, deliverables, internal teams, and external stakeholders to achieve defined objectives.
  • Serve as a primary client contact, leading meetings, presenting recommendations, facilitating discussions, and building alignment among senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute B2B go-to-market strategies across areas such as channel strategy, sales strategy and operations, marketing strategy and operations, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct routes-to-market and strategic assessments to identify opportunities, competitive advantages, organizational gaps, and potential paths for growth.
  • Design future-state sales and partner strategies, including sales coverage models, commercial roles, organizational structures, and operating models.
  • Develop modern marketing strategies covering audience segmentation, value propositions, demand generation, lifecycle engagement, and customer growth.
  • Build marketing performance frameworks, KPIs, and operating models that help organizations optimize investment, improve ROI, and strengthen marketing's contribution to revenue.
  • Develop financial models and fact-based analyses to evaluate strategic options and support client recommendations.
  • Formulate hypotheses, conduct research and analysis, synthesize findings, and translate complex information into clear strategic narratives and presentations.
  • Manage analyst- and consultant-level team members, providing direction, coaching, quality oversight, and support throughout project engagements.
  • Integrate people, process, and technology considerations into comprehensive go-to-market recommendations.
  • Contribute across the full consulting lifecycle, from problem definition and hypothesis development through analysis, solution design, client presentation, and implementation planning.
Requirements:
  • Prior management consulting experience, with approximately 3–4 years of consulting experience and demonstrated responsibility for leading engagements.
  • Extensive business experience in customer-facing functions such as sales, customer success, channel partnerships, revenue operations, or related commercial disciplines.
  • Experience working with large and complex organizations, ideally including Fortune 500 or similarly sophisticated B2B clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to own multiple workstreams and contribute meaningfully throughout the consulting project lifecycle.
  • Strong expertise in B2B go-to-market strategy, including sales strategy and operations, channel strategy, marketing strategy, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate fact-based recommendations clearly to senior audiences.
  • Proven stakeholder-management skills and the ability to manage client relationships while coordinating internal project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with project collaboration tools such as Monday.com.
  • Demonstrated people-management and leadership experience, including the ability to guide and develop junior consulting professionals.
  • High intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and a willingness to explore new tools, techniques, and approaches.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset with the ability to turn ambiguous business problems into structured solutions and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborative and positive approach, with strong judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client work.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual compensation of $140,000–$175,000, depending on location, experience, skills, and market factors.
  • Eligible annual performance bonus of up to 20%.
  • Fully remote position, with preference for candidates who can work primarily on Eastern Time (EST).
  • Competitive paid time off, including vacation, holidays, sick leave, parental leave, and summer Friday hours.
  • Healthcare coverage options, including medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Retirement savings plan with company matching.
  • Mentorship and professional development opportunities.
  • Referral bonus program and employee-led social initiatives.
  • Team events and opportunities to build relationships with colleagues.
  • Opportunities to participate in volunteering, fundraising, and community-impact initiatives.
  • An entrepreneurial and intellectually stimulating environment with strong opportunities for career ownership and professional growth.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada or the United States without visa sponsorship.
