  • Champion a culture centered on customer success, long-term thinking, growth, inclusion, and team-oriented execution.
Requirements
  • 6–8 years of experience in Sales Operations or a comparable growth, business operations, or strategy role within a dynamic organization.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing new workflows, processes, or rollout strategies for large sales organizations.
  • Ability to structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical or operational topics for both business leaders and technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with Product Management or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
  • Salesforce CPQ experience is a plus.
