This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Management / Roadmap / PRD Evaluator based in Canada.
This contract role offers an opportunity to apply your product management expertise to the development and improvement of advanced AI systems.
You will evaluate AI-generated product artifacts against rigorous, domain-specific quality standards.
Your work will focus on assessing roadmaps, PRDs, and related business materials for accuracy, clarity, structure, and presentation quality.
You will identify weaknesses and provide precise, actionable feedback that helps improve AI-generated outputs.
The role involves collaborating with AI research teams to strengthen training data and model performance.
You will work independently in a flexible, asynchronous environment with clear deliverables and deadlines.

- Evaluate AI-generated product management artifacts, including product requirements documents, roadmaps, and related materials, against defined quality rubrics.
- Review documents, spreadsheets, and presentation materials for factual accuracy, logical consistency, clarity, aesthetics, and overall quality.
- Identify product strategy, planning, documentation, or presentation errors and distinguish significant issues from minor imperfections.
- Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback to help improve AI-generated work products.
- Collaborate with AI research teams by contributing high-quality evaluations and insights that can improve training data and model performance.
- Apply product management judgment consistently when assessing outputs against domain-specific standards.
- Work independently and asynchronously while meeting established deadlines and maintaining a high level of evaluation quality.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in product management, product strategy, roadmap development, PRD creation, or closely related areas.
- Strong understanding of product management practices, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, prioritization, and product documentation.
- Ability to critically evaluate complex product artifacts and identify factual, strategic, structural, and presentation-related issues.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
- Native or professional fluency in English.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to quality evaluation.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and operate effectively in an asynchronous environment.
- An advanced degree, such as a Master’s or higher, is preferred but not required.
- $80–$120/hour contract compensation.
