Job Description

Enterprise Solutions Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Enterprise Solutions Engineer based in Canada.

This is a remote opportunity focused on helping enterprise customers unlock the value of advanced voice AI technology.
You will partner closely with sales teams and technical stakeholders to design tailored solutions for complex customer needs.
The role combines customer engagement, solution architecture, technical demonstrations, and scalable enablement.
You will translate recurring customer challenges into reusable tools, documentation, and integration patterns.
Your work will directly influence how efficiently enterprise solutions are designed, sold, implemented, and scaled.
You’ll operate in a fast-moving, AI-first environment where autonomy, technical excellence, and customer empathy are highly valued.
The role is ideal for a technically strong problem-solver who enjoys turning complex requirements into practical, repeatable solutions.

Accountabilities
  • Partner with Account Executives to strengthen the technical aspects of enterprise sales opportunities and help customers understand the value of AI-powered solutions.
  • Work directly with technical contacts at prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements, provide tailored guidance, and architect appropriate integrations.
  • Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate product capabilities, use cases, and business value.
  • Develop technical enablement materials, documentation, and resources that improve the effectiveness and technical fluency of sales teams.
  • Build self-service tools and resources that enable customers to implement integrations and solutions with greater independence.
  • Identify recurring integration patterns, customer challenges, and opportunities for standardization, then collaborate with product teams to turn them into scalable capabilities.
  • Continuously improve internal processes and technical workflows so customer solutions can be delivered efficiently across a growing enterprise customer base.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI, emerging technologies, and customer-facing technical solutions.
  • Experience working directly with customers on technical problems, whether professionally, through projects, student organizations, or other relevant environments.
  • Strong technical foundation in software development, software architecture, APIs, and common integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in Python and the ability to understand, prototype, and communicate technical solutions effectively.
  • Ability to identify patterns across customer challenges and determine which solutions can be standardized, documented, or scaled.
  • Strong customer empathy and the ability to balance the needs of customers, sales teams, and product stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and adapt messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, adaptability, and a practical approach to designing solutions in a fast-changing AI environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across distributed, cross-functional teams.
Benefits
  • Fully remote work arrangement, with the role available across Canada.
  • Opportunity to work at the forefront of voice AI and enterprise technology in a high-growth environment.
  • High degree of autonomy, rapid experimentation, and a culture focused on impact rather than hierarchy.
  • Professional growth opportunities across technical, customer-facing, product, and commercial areas.
  • Annual discretionary stipend dedicated to learning and professional development.
  • Annual discretionary stipend to support opportunities to connect and travel with colleagues.
  • Company-wide annual offsite bringing teams together in different locations.
  • Monthly co-working stipend for employees who are not located near a primary office hub.
  • Access to a global, multidisciplinary team working across AI research, engineering, product, sales, and customer deployment.
