Service Fund Value Based Programs Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Service Fund Value Based Programs Lead based in the United States.

This remote leadership role is responsible for advancing strategic value-based programs within a complex healthcare environment.
You will serve as a subject matter expert, shaping evidence-based approaches that support enterprise performance and provider engagement.
The role combines strategic planning, program leadership, process improvement, and executive advisory responsibilities.
You will evaluate program outcomes, translate data into actionable insights, and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
Working across functions, you will establish implementation plans, manage timelines, and proactively address risks and dependencies.
You will regularly communicate recommendations and progress to senior leaders through clear presentations and concise executive materials.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for specialty value-based programs, establishing evidence-based approaches, priorities, and implementation timelines aligned with enterprise performance objectives and specialist engagement.
  • Lead strategic program delivery efforts, coordinating implementation plans, project timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder commitments to ensure successful execution.
  • Evaluate program performance and outcomes, identify trends and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for business and executive leaders.
  • Develop strategic plans and recommendations for functional and segment-specific initiatives, aligning program priorities with broader business and operational objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, tools, and operating practices while supporting continuous improvement and scalable program execution.
  • Advise executives and functional leaders on strategic priorities, operational impacts, program decisions, and potential risks or opportunities.
  • Prepare executive-level communications, status updates, reports, and PowerPoint presentations that translate complex information into clear, concise, and visually compelling insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment, communicate progress, resolve issues, and drive measurable program outcomes.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of healthcare or managed care experience, preferably with a provider-focused perspective.
  • 5+ years of experience leading program delivery initiatives and managing complex projects from planning through execution.
  • 5+ years of experience improving processes and implementing efficient workflows, tools, and operating practices.
  • 5+ years of experience advising executives and functional leaders on strategic priorities, operational implications, and program-related decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to senior leadership and communicating complex information effectively to executive audiences.
  • Strong ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations that transform complex data and concepts into clear, concise, and visually effective executive materials.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks and dependencies, and drive initiatives forward in a complex organizational environment.
  • Experience with value-based care programs is preferred.
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • PMP and/or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Benefits
  • Annual base salary range of $104,000–$143,000, depending on location, skills, experience, education, certifications, and other job-related factors.
  • Eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
