Account Representative (TIER II) in Steubenville, Ohio at Trinity Health System

• JOB SUMMARY

  • The Account Representative is responsible for billing and collection of all claims in their assigned financial class/insurance, the maintenance of appropriate logs (if applicable), monthly reports and clarification of all inquiries regarding these claims. An Account Representative is responsible to ensure the accurate charges are applied to the appropriate accounts specific to their assigned financial class/insurance.

• QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education

    • High school graduate, Associate Degree in some business or computer field is desirable.

  • Training and Experience

    • Working knowledge with PC's and Windows environment software (internet knowledge and Meditech experience a plus).

  • Health and Background Requirements

    • Employment contingent upon successful completion of:

      • Physical

      • Background Check

    • Must be physically able to perform all job duties as assigned.
