We're looking for a Production Pharmacy Technician who enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and takes pride in contributing to a process bigger than themselves.

This is not a customer-facing role.

You won't spend your day answering phones or handling patient issues. Instead, you'll work alongside a dedicated production team focused on preparing, packaging, labeling, and processing medications accurately and efficiently.

## What You'll Do

* Assist with the preparation, packaging, labeling, and processing of compounded medications

* Support production workflows by completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently

* Follow established procedures and quality standards

* Prepare materials and supplies needed for daily production activities

* Maintain accurate records and documentation

* Operate equipment and production tools according to training

* Complete cleaning, maintenance, and organization tasks

* Support inventory organization and material replenishment

* Work closely with pharmacists, technicians, and supervisors to maintain workflow

* Contribute to daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

Schedule
This position offers the choice of a four-day schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts each week, one of which is a Saturday OR a five-day schedule of 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday.

## Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

* Dependable attendance and work habits

* Basic computer skills

* Ability to learn and follow procedures

* Good organizational skills

* Ability to stand for extended periods

* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Certification Requirements
• Tennessee or North Carolina Board of Pharmacy registration required within 90 days of employment
• Successful completion of internal competency training

Pharmacy experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
