  • Troubleshoot system issues, data inconsistencies, and workflow failures across platforms.
  • Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and process standards to ensure scalability and consistency.
  • Act as a technical partner to stakeholders, bridging business needs with automation solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Data, Engineering, Business, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluent English, with ability to participate in meetings and communicate with international stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working with GTM, CRM, marketing automation, or data platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, including workflow building, enrichment, and automation processes.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including segmentation, workflows, lists, and data management.
  • Experience with outbound tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist.
  • Familiarity with email infrastructure tools and deliverability practices (e.g., Maildoso or similar).
  • Strong data management skills, including cleaning, validation, deduplication, and quality assurance.
  • Ability to design and connect multi-system workflows across marketing and sales ecosystems.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance automation and operational productivity.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and results-driven environment.
Benefits:
