This role is focused on driving new commercial opportunities and expanding business relationships across key regions in Brazil. You will act as a strategic field sales professional, engaging directly with prospective clients to understand their needs, diagnose operational challenges, and translate them into tailored solutions. The position involves both new business acquisition and account development, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and recurring revenue opportunities. You will work closely with technical and internal teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals. Strong relationship-building skills are essential, as you will represent the organization in client meetings, events, and industry forums. This is a dynamic, field-based commercial role with direct impact on revenue growth and customer success.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person visits to potential clients across MG and SP regions.
- Understand client needs, analyze operational processes, and design suitable solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with pricing, contractual terms, and business objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, CRM updates, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups, contract monitoring, and ensure proper execution of agreed deliverables.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and client meetings, strengthening brand presence in the market.
- Coordinate with internal teams to validate contracts, pricing, and solution scope before implementation.
- Currently enrolled in or completed a higher education degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles.
- Prior experience in software or technology sales is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to conduct client visits, presentations, and face-to-face negotiations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset to understand client processes and translate them into solutions.
- Based in Minas Gerais (MG) or São Paulo (SP), Brazil.
