Seasonal Operations Assistant – Little Red Barn & Ciderhouse in Guilford, Connecticut at Bishop's

Bishop’s Orchards is hiring a Seasonal Operations Assistant to support daily operations for the Little Red Barn and Ciderhouse. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, event support, stocking, and facilities maintenance who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Stock and replenish beverages and food products (on-site and off-site locations)

Coordinate event logistics including parking, signage, and crowd flow (Thursday–Saturday evenings)

Maintain cleanliness of facilities, including restrooms and common areas

Perform trash removal and end-of-day cleanup

Assist with inventory management and restocking

Support general operations across the Little Red Barn property

Valid driver’s license; ability to operate non-CDL trucks (pickup/box trucks)

Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks preferred

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
