About the opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support strategic, operational, and digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with operational, clinical, finance, quality, and technology stakeholders to identify business needs, improve processes, and deliver practical, client-centred solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, driving continuous improvement, and working across multiple business areas in a fast-paced environment.

- About the role
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading business analysis activities across projects and initiatives
- Facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements
- Developing process maps, business cases, and functional documentation
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement
- Supporting change initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Providing guidance and training to end users where required
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex environments
- Strong business process mapping and analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working with CRM, HRIS, and finance systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience in aged care, healthcare, or another regulated industry will be highly regarded
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
