This role sits at the intersection of digital transformation, AI-driven operations, and strategic consulting, helping enterprise clients rethink and redesign their business operating models. You will lead and contribute to high-impact client engagements focused on shaping next-generation digital businesses, with a strong emphasis on BPO modernization, automation, and technology-enabled services. The position involves working across the full engagement lifecycle, from opportunity identification and solution design through to commercial structuring and deal closure. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex technology and operational concepts into clear business value. Operating across APAC, you will help clients challenge legacy operating models and adopt AI-infused, future-ready approaches. This is a highly client-facing role where strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and consultative selling converge to drive measurable transformation outcomes.
- Lead strategic sales initiatives and generate new business opportunities in BPO, digital operations, and transformation services across APAC markets.
- Present and articulate the value of AI-enabled, technology-led operating models, demonstrating innovative “future of operations” solutions to senior client stakeholders.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that challenge traditional outsourcing models and promote outcome-based digital transformation approaches.
- Lead or contribute to end-to-end sales cycles, including lead qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Apply AI-driven problem-solving approaches to client challenges, improving efficiency and enabling scalable operational models.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, driving renewals, upsell opportunities, and sustained account growth.
- Support engagement delivery across strategy, sourcing, implementation planning, vendor selection, and commercial modelling as needed.
- Up to 7 years of experience across digital transformation, consulting, or technology-enabled business operations.
- Strong background in areas such as BPO sales, ICT sourcing strategy, benchmarking, ITSM/SIAM, cloud services, DevOps, telecom/managed services, or end-user technologies.
- Proven success in closing new business deals and managing client renewals in a consultative or advisory capacity.
- Deep understanding of AI-driven operations, automation platforms, and modern digital transformation frameworks.
- Experience in organizational transformation programs, including shared services, outsourcing/offshoring, or operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build business cases, financial models, and investment proposals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for executive audiences.
- Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- A strategic, disruptive mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude and collaborative approach.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced qualifications are a plus.
