Mandatory Qualifications:

• 5 years of FTE experience developing, planning, and supporting a project or IT governance framework. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in supporting executive-level decision-making.

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related, project management, leadership, communications, or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience applying IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF).

• Experience reviewing and developing IT standards in alignment with industry best practices and relevant federal and state regulations.

• Experience implementing governance and standards processes on platforms such as Atlassian and Ardoq to enhance automation.

• Experience with collecting and organizing information in support of IT governance roadmaps.

• Experience with Agile methodologies in delivering services and products to align with project/business outcomes.

The compensation for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and PTO.
