We are a leading provider of comprehensive IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services, committed to sustainable practices and secure data management, based in Sacramento, CA area. We are seeking a dedicated ITAD Manager to oversee our asset disposition processes for data wiping, reuse, testing, refurbishment, and resale, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ITAD Manager will be responsible for effectively managing the IT asset disposition program, including data security, certification compliance, and asset recovery. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership with background in IT asset management including enterprise IT equipment, data security, and certification regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead ITAD team technicians to ensure operating procedures are followed in inventorying and audit equipment, wiping hard drives, testing and refurbishing IT hardware for resale.

Enhance and implement ITAD policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.

Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets from receiving, testing, redeployment, to disposition per customer requirements.

Track assets and manage inventories effectively.

Ensure compliance with data security, related industry standards, and environmental regulations.

Drive continuous process improvement and cost optimization.

Monitor industry trends and update ITAD strategies accordingly.

Maintain accurate, detailed records of all testing and certification activities for auditing and compliance.

Actively collaborate with other teams to complete each project per customers SOW requirements.

Other related duties maybe assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT asset management or ITAD-related roles.

Strong understanding of data destruction methods and compliance requirements.

Proven leadership skill and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of enterprise IT assets (i.e. servers, switches, etc.) and relevant certifications in ITAD industry, e.g., R2, ISO 9001, CompTIA A+, etc. is a plus.

Be able to multi-task and prioritize projects to meet the due dates.

Excellent problem-solving and organization skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation and Schedule:

Salary Range: $70,000 to $95,000 per year

Steady Onsite full-time work: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
