Accountabilities:
  • Conduct end-to-end business diagnostics using data analysis, KPIs, and process evaluation to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across different business areas.
  • Lead and support process mapping, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to understand workflows, detect root causes, and define optimized future-state processes.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and reports translating analytical findings into clear insights, recommendations, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Design, evaluate, and prioritize process improvement initiatives, including implementation planning and tracking of results and value realization.
  • Support project governance by managing scope, timelines, and escalation processes to ensure delivery alignment and execution discipline.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure engagement, alignment, and successful adoption of proposed solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data, tools, and best practices in process excellence and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in business consulting, process optimization, or operational excellence projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders and executive-level audiences.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation-building skills.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), or equivalent frameworks.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools, SQL, and process mining solutions (e.g., Celonis, Signavio, etc.) considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication, structured thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
