Patient Experience Coordinator
Great Smile Dental is seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional Patient Experience Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. This team member will create an exceptional patient experience by welcoming patients, assisting with check-in and check-out, coordinating patient needs, maintaining a comfortable reception area, and supporting the clinical and administrative teams.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist patients upon arrival
• Ensure a positive and professional patient experience
• Coordinate patient flow and communicate with clinical staff
• Answer questions and direct patients appropriately
• Assist with scheduling and administrative support as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives and office events
Qualifications:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Positive attitude and professional appearance • Strong customer service background preferred • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Dental experience is a plus but not required
