The Desenvolvedor Full Stack SR will be responsible for designing, developing, and evolving end-to-end software solutions while supporting technical decisions and improving engineering standards. The role requires strong execution skills, architectural vision, and the ability to solve complex challenges independently. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and enhancing end-to-end web application features using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Designing and maintaining APIs, integrations with legacy systems, internal services, and third-party platforms.
• Contributing to technical solution design focused on scalability, resilience, security, observability, and maintainability.
• Working with relational and non-relational databases, creating efficient queries, and supporting data modeling decisions.
• Participating in architecture discussions, technical standard definitions, and software design decisions.
• Identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing improvements across frontend, backend, and integrations.
• Writing automated tests, performing code reviews, and promoting high-quality software development practices.
• Supporting production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and prevention of recurring incidents.
• Documenting technical flows, integrations, architecture decisions, and development practices when needed.
• Supporting less experienced developers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
• Participating in refinements, estimations, and planning activities by providing technical insights and risk assessments.

The ideal candidate is a senior full-stack engineer with strong experience building business applications and working with modern web technologies. This role requires technical depth, ownership mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively within engineering teams. Required qualifications and skills include:

• Solid experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in senior-level roles.
• Advanced knowledge of frontend technologies including React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience developing web applications with complex business rules and system integrations.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining REST APIs.
• Strong experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, including query optimization.
