As a Tech Lead, you will serve as the main technical reference for back-office systems and development squads. You will guide technical decisions, support architecture alignment, and ensure solutions are designed, implemented, and delivered according to business and technology objectives.
- Act as the technical reference for back-office systems and engineering squads.
- Connect development teams with enterprise architecture, product, security, infrastructure, and other technology stakeholders.
- Participate in technical refinement of user stories, epics, and initiatives by identifying risks, dependencies, and architectural impacts.
- Translate architectural guidelines into practical and scalable solutions for development teams.
- Support the definition of solution architectures, integrations, APIs, technical components, and development standards.
- Follow initiatives throughout the complete lifecycle, from technical design and planning to production deployment.
- Lead code reviews, establish development standards, and promote software quality practices.
- Support the modernization of legacy systems by reducing technical debt and improving system reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation covering architectural decisions, integrations, API contracts, and key technical rules.
- Mentor developers by sharing knowledge, supporting technical growth, and improving team capabilities.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges across systems and integrations.
- Promote technical alignment between different squads, teams, and external partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical leadership, software architecture, and enterprise application development, with the ability to combine strategic thinking and hands-on engineering expertise.
- Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Senior Developer with technical leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience designing and evolving enterprise system architectures.
- Strong development knowledge using C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- Experience building REST APIs, system integrations, and service-oriented architectures.
- Knowledge of microservices, layered architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and software engineering best practices.
- Experience working with relational databases, preferably SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of messaging systems and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with code reviews, automated testing, and software quality practices.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and continuous delivery processes.
- Experience with containers, preferably Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Ability to create and maintain technical and architectural documentation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
