We are seeking a technically driven Front-end leader to guide the evolution of modern web applications and support engineering excellence.

You will lead Front-end development initiatives, define best practices, and ensure applications remain performant, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.

The Tech Lead Front-end will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of Front-end development, ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-performing applications. This role requires a balance of technical leadership, software development expertise, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead the Front-end engineering team by providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support for continuous professional growth.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor development projects, ensuring high-quality deliveries within expected timelines.
• Define Front-end architecture, technology choices, development standards, and best practices aligned with product objectives.
• Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements to production deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Back-end teams to create effective technical solutions that meet customer needs.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, maintainability, and knowledge sharing across the engineering team.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, incidents, and performance challenges.
• Drive continuous improvements in architecture, development processes, tools, and engineering practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support product evolution and team efficiency.
• Support technical planning, prioritization, and strategic decision-making alongside leadership.
• Act as a technical reference for developers through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on guidance.
• Participate in technical hiring processes and contribute to building strong engineering teams.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Front-end engineer with strong expertise in Vue.js, modern web development practices, and technical leadership. This professional should be comfortable making architectural decisions, mentoring developers, and collaborating across multiple teams.

• Solid experience in Front-end development.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Vue.js and modern Front-end frameworks.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs and GraphQL services.
• Experience designing scalable Front-end application architectures.
• Knowledge of Git version control and Pull Request workflows.
• Experience with automated testing practices and software quality standards.
• Strong familiarity with development tools, including IDEs, terminals, debugging tools, and browser DevTools.
• Experience working with agile methodologies and software delivery practices.
• Experience conducting code reviews, defining technical standards, and making architecture decisions.
• Previous experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and developer growth.
• Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
• Experience with micro frontend architectures is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation is a plus.
• Familiarity with application monitoring, observability, and performance optimization is a plus.
• Degree or specialization in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields is a plus.
