Senior Business Systems Analyst in Aiken, South Carolina at Columbia Vehicle Group

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Aiken, SC.

Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional process discovery sessions to document and evaluate workflows
Design and implement future-state processes that improve efficiency
Translate business needs into ERP functional requirements
Develop process documentation including workflow diagrams and SOPs
Build dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
Analyze business data using SQL and relational databases
Lead system and process improvement initiatives end-to-end
Mentor junior analysts and support business system users

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of business systems analysis or ERP experience
Strong SQL and database knowledge
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Odoo or comparable ERP systems
Python scripting knowledge
HTML and REST API experience
