Essential Functions

• Identify, analyze, and solve complex business & real estate industry challenges using your exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Utilize math, logic and AI tools to perform data analysis, derive actionable insights and create repeatable business models.
• Create business intelligence views that enable users to quickly identify performance and drill down to understand performance drivers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business strategies and optimize operational processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years solving complex problems using analytics and strategic thinking.
• Experience in real estate analysis, business/economics, finance or other analytical oriented field with exceptional performance.
• Use AI tools to solve business problems and gain efficiency
• Experience with coding tools (Python, SQL, or similar data querying languages)
• Create visualizations in PowerBI, Tableau or similar tools and understand datawarehouse concepts.
• A proactive and curious mindset, always seeking innovative solutions and continuously learning.
• Ability to solve complex problems using analytics and strategic thinking.
• Clear, concise, and effective communication abilities for diverse audiences.
• A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business or a related quantitative field with exceptional performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in analytical or quantitative discipline.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is required to lift at least 50 pounds and have the mobility to keep the storage areas orderly and floors clean of clutter.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with an in-office work schedule of Monday-Friday.
