Job Description

Description:

AlluraMD is a multi-location medical aesthetics and concierge medicine practice offering advanced treatments in medical aesthetics, functional medicine, and regenerative medicine designed to support our patients' overall health, confidence, and well-being.

We are looking for a Senior Patient Experience Coordinator (Senior PEC) to help elevate the patient experience while providing operational leadership and guidance to our Patient Experience team.

This is more than an experienced front desk role. The Senior PEC serves as an important bridge between Patient Experience Coordinators and Practice Leadership—someone who can see beyond the immediate task, recognize opportunities for improvement, exercise sound judgment, and bring thoughtful solutions forward.

For the right individual, this role also provides a meaningful development pathway toward future Practice Management opportunities.

Why You'll Love This Role
  • Elevate the patient experience: Take ownership of creating an exceptional, personalized patient journey while helping uphold AlluraMD's elevated service standards.
  • Step into greater leadership: Mentor and guide PECs, serve as an escalation resource, and help strengthen team performance and consistency.
  • Use your judgment: Assess patient and operational challenges, resolve appropriate issues within your level of authority, and bring solutions—not just problems—to leadership.
  • Make a business impact: Help improve patient retention, rebooking, referrals, schedule utilization, and other key performance indicators that contribute to practice growth.
  • Build toward what's next: Develop the judgment, ownership, operational awareness, and leadership capabilities that create a foundation for future growth within AlluraMD.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as an escalation resource for patient experience and day-to-day operational matters, exercising sound judgment within established areas of authority
  • Guide, mentor, and support Patient Experience Coordinators in delivering consistent service and operational excellence
  • Oversee patient flow and proactively resolve barriers that may impact the patient experience
  • Identify workflow and patient experience opportunities and bring recommendations and solutions to Practice Leadership
  • Monitor schedule utilization and proactively help address appointment gaps through appropriate patient outreach and follow-up
  • Support accurate scheduling, invoicing, patient account documentation, and other essential practice operations
  • Educate patients on relevant treatments, memberships, wellness services, events, and promotions through a consultative, patient-centered approach
  • Contribute to patient retention, rebooking, referrals, reviews, schedule utilization, and applicable practice KPIs
  • Support training and development of new and developing PECs
  • Partner with Practice Leadership to strengthen workflows, standards, training, and operational consistency
  • Support operational needs across AlluraMD locations as needed
The Goal of Your Role

To elevate both the patient experience and the way we operate.

A successful Senior PEC doesn't simply recognize what needs to be done—they recognize patterns, anticipate needs, exercise good judgment, and help identify how we can do things better.

You will serve as a trusted bridge between our Patient Experience team and Practice Leadership while developing the operational and leadership capabilities necessary for continued growth within AlluraMD.
