As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Summary;

As a Medical Sales Representative at Symphony Spine Pain and Neuro Alliance, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our medical services and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals. Your primary objective will be to increase awareness of our medical group's offerings, drive referrals, and contribute to the growth of our patient base.

Key Responsibilities;

1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan to target healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals. Identify key growth opportunities and tailor strategies to achieve sales goals.

2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture positive relationships with key decision-makers within the healthcare industry. This includes physicians, medical staff, clinic managers, and hospital administrators.

3. Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand our medical group's services, specialties, and offerings. Be able to articulate the benefits and value proposition to potential clients.

4. Provide Educational Resources Offer educational materials, presentations, and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the expertise and capabilities of our medical group.

5. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in a CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams, including marketing, medical staff, and administration, to align sales efforts with the overall business strategy.

8. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to existing clients and address any concerns or issues promptly.

9. Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards, including healthcare compliance laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (medical background is a plus). preferred
  • Proven experience in medical sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Experience:

  • Personal Injury Sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Workers' compensation Sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Medical Sales: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
