This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GHL Nexus AI and Collateral Manager based in Canada.
This is a fully remote opportunity for a technically minded marketing and automation professional to lead the development of sophisticated outbound, nurture, intent, and AI-powered systems. You’ll own projects end-to-end, from strategy and architecture through implementation, testing, launch, and continuous optimization. The role combines GoHighLevel expertise with automation, CRM integrations, AI agents, campaign strategy, and marketing execution. You’ll build scalable workflows that improve lead engagement, qualification, conversion, appointment setting, and reporting. The position also involves creating reusable campaign assets and collateral tailored to MSP, IT, cybersecurity, and technology audiences. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment where experimentation, problem-solving, emerging AI technologies, and measurable business outcomes are central to the work.
- Own the strategy, implementation, and optimization of GHL-based outbound, intent, nurture, automation, and AI systems.
- Build and manage workflows, automations, APIs, webhooks, and integrations across GoHighLevel, n8n, HubSpot, and related platforms.
- Develop AI-powered systems that automate campaign setup, lead engagement, qualification, follow-up, appointment booking, and reporting.
- Build and optimize cold outbound, email nurture, SMS, funnel, pipeline, and conversational AI workflows.
- Develop campaign messaging, copy, calls to action, offers, segmentation strategies, and conversion paths aligned with lead-generation objectives.
- Build, test, and optimize AI voice agents using platforms such as Retell, Vapi, GHL Voice AI, or comparable technologies.
- Create reusable MSP and IT-focused nurture tracks, outbound sequences, funnels, templates, prompts, workflows, and campaign collateral.
- Use AI tools to efficiently customize, brand, and deploy campaign assets across multiple client accounts.
- Research MSP, IT, cybersecurity, and technology markets to develop relevant messaging, campaigns, and collateral.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, engagement, and conversion data, implementing improvements based on results.
- Troubleshoot workflow, integration, automation, and campaign issues and establish robust quality-assurance processes before and after launch.
- Maintain clear SOPs, technical documentation, workflow instructions, prompts, and reusable implementation resources.
- Provide internal training and participate in client support or strategy discussions when required.
- Continuously research and implement emerging AI, automation, RevOps, and conversational AI technologies.
- Advanced hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including CRM management, workflows, funnels, pipelines, email, SMS, campaigns, and automation.
- Strong experience building automations and integrations with n8n, along with practical knowledge of APIs and webhooks.
- Experience integrating HubSpot and other CRM or marketing technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of outbound email, lead generation, email nurturing, funnels, conversion optimization, segmentation, routing, and pipeline automation.
- Strong marketing judgment across messaging, copywriting, offers, CTAs, audience targeting, and campaign strategy.
- Hands-on experience with AI-native tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Experience building AI agents or automated systems for lead engagement, qualification, appointment setting, or sales development.
- Ability to combine technical execution with marketing strategy and independently manage projects from concept through launch and optimization.
- Experience with conversational AI and voice-agent platforms such as Retell, Vapi, or GHL Voice AI is an asset.
- Knowledge of email deliverability, lead scoring, segmentation, routing, and scalable campaign operations.
- Experience managing automation and marketing systems across multiple client accounts.
- Background in an agency, SaaS, RevOps, go-to-market, or marketing technology environment is preferred.
- Experience creating reusable campaign libraries, workflows, templates, prompts, and collateral.
- Experience working with MSPs, IT service providers, cybersecurity organizations, or technology-focused clients is a strong advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently research unfamiliar industries and translate findings into relevant campaigns and marketing assets.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with emerging AI and automation technologies.
- 100% remote work from Canada.
- Full-time independent contractor position with approximately 40 hours per week.
- Standard working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST.
