Territory Manager, Facial Aesthetics

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Territory Manager, Facial Aesthetics based in Canada.

This is a full-time commercial sales opportunity focused on growing a leading portfolio of facial aesthetics products across the Montreal and South Shore territory.
You will develop and execute strategic territory plans designed to achieve sales, brand, financial, and marketing objectives.
The role centers on building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and understanding their needs, challenges, and business priorities.
You will use market intelligence, clinical knowledge, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and strengthen brand performance.
Working collaboratively with regional and cross-functional teams, you will develop integrated account strategies and maximize commercial impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute robust territory and business plans aligned with brand strategies, customer needs, and commercial objectives.
  • Deliver and exceed sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders, proactively understanding their needs, expectations, and challenges.
  • Develop effective pre-call plans and conduct post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Execute a strategic call plan that achieves established performance metrics and optimizes coverage of priority customers.
  • Understand and communicate the value proposition of facial aesthetics solutions to healthcare providers, differentiating products based on customer needs and clinical value.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of customers, accounts, market segments, competitors, products, clinical developments, and territory dynamics.
  • Gather and share relevant market intelligence with sales leadership and colleagues to anticipate market changes and optimize commercial strategy.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with relevant speakers, advocates, and other key stakeholders to support brand performance.
  • Use customer insights and account knowledge to identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to develop and execute integrated account plans.
  • Apply analytical and strategic thinking to assess business outcomes, prioritize opportunities, and support informed decision-making.
  • Adapt selling approaches based on individual customer styles, behaviors, needs, and business circumstances.
  • Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, developing innovative solutions that maximize results for the territory and broader organization.
  • Maintain accurate use of business systems and technology tools while ensuring activities are conducted in accordance with applicable policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Participate in occasional evening or weekend activities and travel, including overnight travel, as required by business needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, or an equivalent discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a specialty sales role within the pharmaceutical and/or aesthetics industry.
  • Experience with physician or account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, B2B sales, or marketing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated record of sales achievement with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly identify customer communication styles and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Strong business acumen combined with strategic, analytical, and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze business and market data, assess outcomes, prioritize opportunities, and translate insights into effective territory strategies.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, competitive environments, and commercial opportunities.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop practical solutions and anticipate changing market conditions.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to work effectively with regional colleagues and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Comfortable using technology and multiple digital systems as part of day-to-day sales activities.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends and undertake overnight travel when required.
  • Valid driver's license and passport.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required, including the ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking colleagues and customers located outside Quebec.
  • Ability to operate with professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a strong commitment to ethical business practices.
