Job Description

Revenue Enablement Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager based in Canada.

This role will build and scale revenue enablement programs that help Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Support teams perform at their best. You will play a central role in bringing multiple product lines and go-to-market motions together into a clear, cohesive selling approach. A key priority will be enabling Sales and Account Management teams to confidently position and sell the full portfolio. You will also own onboarding, continuous training, content management, and adoption of revenue tools. Working closely with RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and frontline leaders, you will turn business strategy into practical field execution. Success will be measured through tangible outcomes such as ramp time, win rates, quota attainment, and certification performance. This is an individual contributor opportunity with strong potential to evolve into a people leadership role as the enablement function grows.

Accountabilities
  • Enable cross-product selling: Build and deliver practical enablement curricula that give Sales representatives and Account Managers the confidence to sell across multiple product lines, including positioning, use cases, value propositions, and portfolio-level customer solutions.
  • Own onboarding and ramp: Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Support, establishing clear milestones and measurable time-to-productivity goals.
  • Develop ongoing training: Create programs covering product updates, messaging, competitive positioning, sales and customer-success methodologies, and evolving market requirements.
  • Manage enablement content: Own and maintain playbooks, battle cards, call frameworks, objection-handling guides, and other knowledge resources so teams always have relevant, actionable materials.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, RevOps, team leads, and frontline managers to translate product roadmaps and GTM strategies into effective training and field resources.
  • Drive GTM tool adoption: Support the rollout and effective use of CRM, conversation intelligence, customer-success, and enablement platforms through training, certification, and ongoing reinforcement.
  • Measure business impact: Establish and monitor enablement KPIs such as ramp time, win rates, quota attainment, call performance, certification completion, and other indicators of program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate contributors: Work with subject-matter experts and cross-functional partners to deliver enablement initiatives on schedule, while helping coordinate future team members as the function grows.
  • Manage the enablement operating rhythm: Own the calendar for kickoffs, training sessions, certifications, ongoing learning, and manager-led reinforcement.
  • Promote continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve enablement processes, incorporate AI responsibly into workflows, and help revenue teams work more efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, field enablement, training, sales operations, customer-success operations, or a closely related GTM function.
  • Program development: Proven experience creating and managing both new-hire onboarding programs and ongoing professional development initiatives.
  • Leadership experience: Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating direct reports, contractors, subject-matter experts, or cross-functional working groups, with an interest in progressing toward formal people leadership.
  • GTM methodologies: Familiarity with sales or customer-success frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Sandler, value selling, or comparable methodologies, with the ability to translate them into practical training.
  • Technology: Comfortable working with GTM systems including Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms, Gong or similar conversation-intelligence tools, and enablement/LMS platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, Lessonly, or equivalents.
  • Analytical mindset: Able to connect enablement initiatives to measurable commercial outcomes, including ramp time, win rates, quota attainment, and productivity rather than relying solely on activity or completion metrics.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex product, process, and strategic information into clear, engaging, and usable training.
  • Project management: Strong organizational and project-management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and stakeholders without losing momentum or quality.
  • Industry experience: Experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment is strongly preferred.
  • Additional strengths: Experience supporting multiple revenue functions, working through periods of organizational scaling or GTM consolidation, enabling partner or channel sales, or applying instructional-design and curriculum-development principles is advantageous.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation: CAD $95,000–$125,000 annual base salary or OTE, depending on the compensation structure and relevant experience.
  • Performance-based rewards: Eligibility for performance-based bonuses and additional compensation opportunities.
  • Remote flexibility: Canada-based remote work with the autonomy and flexibility of a distributed environment.
  • Career growth: Opportunity to expand the enablement function and potentially progress into people leadership as the organization scales.
  • Inclusive culture: A workplace that values diverse backgrounds, perspectives, experiences, and ideas.
  • Professional development: Opportunities to learn, develop new capabilities, and take on broader responsibilities.
  • AI-enabled workplace: Encouragement to explore and responsibly use AI tools to improve productivity and enablement outcomes.
  • Employee benefits: Access to a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.
