Warehouse Specialist in Jacksonville, Florida at CMS Imaging Inc

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to help keep our warehouse, inventory, and shipments running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you will receive and organize materials, prepare orders, support inventory accuracy, and help ensure medical imaging equipment, parts, and supplies are handled safely and efficiently.

What you’ll do

· Receive, inspect, unload, label, store, and track incoming inventory.

· Pick, pack, document, and prepare outgoing shipments.

· Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment safely.

· Support inventory counts, cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.

· Stage equipment, parts, and materials for service, refurbishment, shipping, or storage.

· Keep the warehouse clean, organized, accurate, and safe.

What we’re looking for

· High school diploma or GED required.

· At least one year of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.

· Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through.

· Basic computer skills and comfort using inventory or warehouse systems.

· Forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification.

· Experience with medical equipment, technical products, ERP systems, or freight coordination is helpful.

· Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb, and use required PPE throughout the workday.

· Comfort working in a warehouse environment with equipment, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
