What This Role Is About

As an Apprentice Installer, you’ll work alongside experienced installers learning the Re-Bath installation process from start to finish.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll develop valuable trade skills while helping deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Success means every installation is:

Done right the first time

Completed on time

Delivered with a true “Win the Wow” customer experience

What You’ll Do

• Assist Lead Installers with bathroom remodel installations
• Learn installation techniques and proper use of tools and materials
• Help prepare job sites and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Follow company safety procedures and installation standards
• Take initiative, ask questions, and continuously develop your skills
• Represent company values through your work and attitude

What We’re Looking ForYou don’t need years of experience—but you do need a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to use basic hand and power tools (preferred but not required)

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable personal vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the United States
