M&J Enterprises Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Bore Machine Operator and Bore Machine Locator to join our growing underground construction team. We specialize in telecommunications and utility infrastructure projects.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Bore Machine Operator and/or Bore Machine Locator

• Proven experience operating bore rigs and locating underground utilities

• Strong understanding of underground construction safety standards

• Ability to read bore plans, prints, and utility markings

• Experience working around live utilities

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Team-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused

• Telecommunications or utility boring experience

• Knowledge of HDD or micro-boring operations

• OSHA 10/30 (a plus)
