CentiMark Corporation is the nation’s largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 locations across the US and 3,500 employees. We are seeking an energetic and positive Fleet Administrative Assistant to support our Canonsburg headquarters!

Job Summary:

• Supporting the Fleet Department with day-to-day business needs (Fuel Cards, Registrations, Violations, Transponders, etc.)
• Motor Vehicle Records
• Vehicle Ordering
• Invoice Processing
• Maintaining GPS system
• Maintaining Internal Fleet Page
• Creating and maintaining reports in MS Excel
• Processing incoming & outgoing mail

Candidate Requirements:

• 2+ years administrative experience
• Excellent communication, follow up, interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Organizational & data entry skills with attention to detail
• Superb time management skills
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint in addition to the Internet
