The Sr Director, Finance Systems will lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise finance technology platforms that support critical business operations. This role will own the evolution of core financial systems, with a strong focus on ERP, planning, integrations, and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong finance process knowledge and proven leadership experience. You will partner closely with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into impactful technology solutions. The Sr Director, Finance Systems will oversee the technology ecosystem supporting financial operations, ensuring platforms remain scalable, secure, and aligned with business priorities. This leader will manage teams, drive modernization initiatives, and build strong partnerships across Finance and Technology functions.

• Lead and mentor a team of finance systems engineers and technology professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
• Define and execute a multi-year finance systems roadmap aligned with organizational objectives and operational priorities.
• Serve as the strategic technology partner for Finance teams, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Own the ongoing optimization, configuration, and enhancement of enterprise finance platforms, including ERP and financial planning systems.
• Oversee system integrations across business applications, CRM platforms, data environments, and finance-related tools.
• Establish effective software development lifecycle practices to ensure predictable delivery, quality outcomes, and operational excellence.
• Drive improvements in automation, data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and financial process efficiency.
• Ensure financial systems support compliance, audit requirements, governance standards, and strong data controls.
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with external partners when needed.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, priorities, and decisions clearly with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience leading enterprise finance systems initiatives, combining technical expertise, business understanding, and strong leadership capabilities. The role requires someone who can manage complex programs while driving both strategic transformation and practical improvements.

• 10+ years of experience working with enterprise finance systems, business applications, or related technology functions.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams, engineering teams, or finance systems professionals.
• Deep expertise with ERP and financial planning platforms, including NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB).
• Strong understanding of finance operations, accounting processes, reporting, forecasting, and planning workflows.
• Experience integrating finance platforms with CRM systems, cloud data warehouses, middleware, or iPaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and its integration with financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of modern SDLC practices, agile delivery methodologies, and technology governance.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex technology programs.
• Experience supporting audit processes, financial controls, compliance initiatives, or SOX-related requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or digitally driven organizations is preferred.
