Join a technology-driven product organization where you will shape the platforms, APIs, and integrations that power large-scale digital experiences. In this role, you will own the strategy and evolution of platform capabilities while partnering with engineering teams and enterprise technology partners to deliver scalable solutions. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear product strategies and actionable roadmaps. Accountabilities
  • Own and execute the product strategy and roadmap for platform capabilities, APIs, integrations, and technical ecosystems that support digital products.
  • Define integration requirements, API standards, developer experiences, documentation practices, and platform improvement initiatives.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to evaluate technical tradeoffs, clarify requirements, prioritize initiatives, and guide implementation decisions.
  • Manage relationships with enterprise technology partners throughout evaluation, onboarding, implementation, migration, and optimization phases.
  • Improve, replace, and modernize legacy integrations while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and customer experiences.
  • Enable internal and external developers to adopt new platform capabilities through clear documentation, scalable solutions, and effective communication.
  • Translate complex technical concepts, risks, opportunities, and architectural decisions into clear recommendations for technical and business audiences.
  • Drive the evolution of platform capabilities from one-off solutions into reusable products that support long-term digital growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with significant ownership of APIs, integrations, platforms, enterprise systems, or technical products.
  • Strong technical understanding and credibility when collaborating with engineers, architects, and external technology partners.
  • Experience managing third-party integrations, vendor relationships, partner adoption initiatives, or migration programs.
  • Ability to define technical requirements and evaluate effective API design, integration approaches, and developer experiences.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across technical and business teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and create structure around evolving products and processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a software engineer, backend engineer, solutions architect, technical lead, or similar technical role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern .NET technologies, Azure, API documentation, developer-facing products, enterprise software vendors, payment platforms, e-commerce systems, loyalty platforms, or point-of-sale integrations is highly valued.
  • Ability to balance technical depth, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration skills in a product leadership role.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Discretionary annual bonus opportunity
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions
  • Paid vacation and sick leave
  • Summer half-day Fridays
  • Company-paid life and disability insurance
  • Additional coverage options, including accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity plans
  • Free movie passes and discounted concessions
  • Remote work flexibility for eligible U.S.-based candidates
  • Opportunity to influence large-scale digital platforms and modern product development practices
