Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor at Apartment Community

Description
Maintenance Supervisor | Up to $34/Hour + Bonuses | St. Louis, MO
Monarch Investment is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at River Chase Apartments in Florissant, MO. If you're an experienced apartment maintenance supervisor who is looking to work for a company that cares about its greatest asset- our people- we want to talk with you.
This is a working supervisor position. You'll lead the team, help tackle service requests, oversee apartment turns, and be instrumental in keeping the property running smoothly.
Pay & Perks:
  • $30.00 - $34.00 per hour based on experience
  • $2,000 sign on bonus!

PTO starts accruing immediately:
  • 80 hours in year one, 120 hours after 2-4 years, 160 hours after 5 years
What You'll Do:
Lead and support the maintenance team
Complete service requests and work orders
Oversee apartment make-readies and unit turns
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
Assist with painting and general property upkeep
Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs
Work with the Property Manager on maintenance planning and budgeting
Participate in an on-call rotation (as needed)
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of apartment maintenance experience in a supervisory role required
  • Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills. Must be able to climb 3 story ladders to access systems on roofs
  • Ability to handle plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
  • HVAC Certification and EPA Certification required
  • CPO Certification preferred
  • Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to supervise 6+ employees
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with 400+ unit properties a plus
