We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Parts Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, improving processes, and staying actively involved in day-to-day operations. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead & Support the Team
- Coach, mentor, and support Part Technicians
- Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
- Provide daily direction and operational support
- Assist in resolving customer or operational escalations
Drive Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily parts operations and inventory coordination
- Ensure timely availability of parts to support customer and business needs
- Partner cross-functionally to improve service, communication, and support processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the department
Improve Performance & Customer Experience
- Monitor team and operational performance metrics
- Review inventory trends, forecasting, and pricing accuracy
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and responsiveness
- Contribute to departmental goals and overall operational success
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead while remaining hands-on in daily operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in manufacturing, inventory, parts operations, or sales support preferred

Compensation for this position includes a competitive base salary and annual uncapped bonus incentive tied to company goals and profitability. CAS offers competitive medical, dental, vision insurance; paid time off; paid holidays; and a 401k plan.
