  • Engage directly with clients to assess security requirements and define tailored solution strategies
  • Deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and technical demonstrations to executive and technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate across internal teams to align security offerings with broader solution portfolios
  • Contribute to practice development through reusable assets, methodologies, and presales collateral
  • Advise clients on Microsoft security capabilities including Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, Purview, and Intune
  • Support cross-functional engagement to improve security posture and ensure successful adoption of Microsoft technologies
Requirements:

8–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, solution architecture, or security engineering, with strong exposure to Microsoft security technologies and presales environments.

  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft security stack including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Purview, and Endpoint Manager
  • Strong experience designing enterprise security solutions in cloud and hybrid environments (Azure and Microsoft 365)
  • Proven background in presales, solution consulting, or client-facing architecture roles
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex security concepts for executives and stakeholders
  • Certifications required or strongly preferred: Microsoft Security Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate, CISSP and/or CISM
  • Experience with security operations (SecOps), threat protection, compliance, and identity management
  • Familiarity with competitive security tools such as CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, Mimecast, Okta, or PingFederate
  • Experience developing proposals, statements of work, and technical solution documentation
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced consulting environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual compensation: USD $150,000 – $175,000 plus quarterly bonus (Canada rates vary)
  • Fully remote work environment across Canada or the United States
  • Employer-covered medical premiums (100% coverage for employees)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • Generous and flexible paid time off (PTO)
  • Retirement savings plan options
  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities
  • Strong focus on work-life balance and employee wellness programs
