This role sits at the intersection of recruiting operations, talent intelligence, and AI-driven workflow optimization within a modern staffing and recruiting technology environment. You will play a key part in improving how talent pipelines are managed, enriched, and activated through advanced recruiting platforms and automation tools. Working in a fast-paced, remote-first setting, you will collaborate closely with recruiting, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of end-to-end hiring workflows. The position focuses on driving consistency, scalability, and efficiency across recruiting systems while enabling teams to fully leverage AI-powered tools. You will also contribute to improving candidate rediscovery strategies and pipeline visibility across multiple business units. This is a high-impact operational role where your work directly enhances recruiter productivity and talent outcomes at scale.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing recruiting operations and enabling AI-powered workflows that improve talent acquisition efficiency and pipeline performance across the organization.
- Support and optimize AI-driven recruiting workflows across the full candidate lifecycle, including pipeline management and automated evaluation processes
- Manage talent rediscovery initiatives and candidate hotlists to maximize the value of internal talent pools
- Drive adoption and consistent usage of recruiting technologies, ATS platforms, and AI-enabled tools across teams
- Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring operational clarity, standardization, and compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting, sales, training, and operations teams to align workflows and tools
- Improve recruiting cycle efficiency through process optimization and enhanced candidate engagement strategies
- Support reporting and visibility initiatives to strengthen pipeline tracking and operational decision-making
You bring strong recruiting operations experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies in a fast-paced staffing or talent environment.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition support, sourcing, coordination, or staffing environments
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruiting workflow management tools
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority processes in fast-moving environments
- Comfort with adopting and enabling teams on new technologies, including AI-driven recruiting tools
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
