Job Description
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Works with the Associate Director of Development to complete the processing of all gifts to the University and Foundation, as well as create/process batches and acknowledgment letters in a timely manner.

EXAMPLES OF SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Entering all gifts, grants payments, and pledges into the Advancement CRM in an accurate and timely manner.
- Creating, running, and updating general gift-related query reports.
- Preparing deposits according to established procedures and delivering all deposits to the Business Office.
- Creating and maintaining confidential files.
- Producing accurate and timely receipts and acknowledgment letters for all gifts.
- Inputting data updates into the Advancement CRM.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred).
- Two to three years of strong clerical or data entry experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Close attention to detail, accurate data entry, and a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in higher education, nonprofit, or advancement environments.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Virtuous, Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
- Experience with data tracking, reporting, and basic analytics.
Additional Information:
This is a part-time, non-benefited contract position, not to exceed 18 hours per week. The scheduled hours are flexible but must occur Monday through Friday between 9 am and 5:30 pm. The pay rate is $24 per hour.
