In this role, you will design and build AI-powered systems that transform how go-to-market teams operate, enabling sales and marketing functions to move faster, with greater precision and less manual effort. You will sit within Commercial Operations and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leadership to identify inefficiencies and convert them into scalable, automated workflows. The environment is highly execution-focused, blending systems engineering, data, and AI to reshape how prospecting, pipeline analysis, and deal execution are performed. You will build intelligent agents, automation pipelines, and integrations across the GTM tech stack to reduce repetitive work and improve decision quality. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership, where your work will directly impact revenue velocity and operational efficiency. You will also help define what an AI-native revenue organization looks like in practice.
- Design and deploy AI-driven GTM systems, including enrichment agents, outbound personalization tools, and workflow automation that improve sales and marketing productivity.
- Build and maintain integrations across CRM, marketing automation, data warehouses, and GTM platforms to ensure seamless data flow and system reliability.
- Develop AI-powered workflows for account research, meeting preparation, pipeline analysis, forecasting support, and deal intelligence.
- Identify operational bottlenecks in the revenue engine and translate them into scalable system designs and automated solutions.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to embed AI agents into daily workflows and drive adoption.
- Monitor system performance and business impact, using data to continuously refine and improve automation effectiveness.
- 6+ years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth engineering, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or data-driven environments.
- Hands-on experience building AI workflows, automation systems, or agent-based solutions using modern AI tools and LLMs.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to query and analyze data in warehouses such as Snowflake to measure impact and guide decisions.
- Experience integrating and working across CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and broader GTM systems.
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability, with a track record of turning ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly in a business context.
- Familiarity with tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, 6sense, dbt, or Power BI is a strong advantage.
