We are seeking a highly analytical Integrated Master Scheduler / T&E Program Analyst to support the Transportation Security Administration's Test and Evaluation Division (TSA TED). Serving as the central hub for project controls, you will drive transparency and efficiency across the system lifecycle by developing branch-specific test schedules, merging them into an APM-level Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and unifying vital cost, schedule, and performance data. In this role, you will lead defined work streams and specialized functional responsibilities, delivering complex work with a high degree of independence while contributing materially to delivery outcomes across engagements.
You will actively identify critical path slips, mitigate systemic risks, and pinpoint the root causes of testing delays. This position requires an expert communicator who can run high-visibility weekly meetings with government branch chiefs and equipment vendors, seamlessly translating complex technical data into actionable strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities
- Provide visibility into the system lifecycle to enable rapid problem-solving and corporate transparency.
- Monitor testing delays and responsible parties across the organization at an APM-level.
- Track, analyze, and minimize systemic risks affecting testing and equipment deployment timelines.
- Analyze master schedules to pinpoint root causes for delays and timeline slips.
- Merge individual branch timelines into an Integrated Master Testing Schedule (IMS) to unify cost, schedule, and performance data.
- Partner with division leadership and run weekly Test & Evaluation (T&E) meetings to align branch messaging with programmatic goals.
- Analyze and recommend improvements for sharing strategic testing priorities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the initial branch-specific test schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting federal acquisition programs.
- Familiarity with federal Test and Evaluation (T&E) policies.
- Understanding of the government system engineering lifecycle (SELC) to properly align testing milestones with equipment
- Technical ability to identify network logic errors, resource constraints, and critical path slips.
- Experience tracking and linking cost and performance metrics directly to schedule changes to calculate programmatic impacts.
- Experience facilitating high-visibility, weekly meetings with government branch chiefs, program managers, and equipment vendors.
- Ability to translate complex, technical scheduling data into concise executive summaries and strategic priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
The estimated compensation range for this position is between $75,000 and $87,000 annually. Actual salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s specialized skills, certifications, and years of experience.
