Job Description
Summary: To increase sales and opportunities for Great Bay by managing all accounts in assigned areas and developing a strong customer relationship.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist team with the implementation of GROW selling
· Follow the approved sales, measurement, tracking and posting processes
· Follow structured sales call
· Monitor product rotation and communicate any potential problems
· Set and review planned objectives for each account
· Assist with building of displays, resets, and point of sale displays
· Responsible for Account Manager functions when account manager is on P.T.O.
· Developed level of rapport to improve relationships with retailers
· Work with Team Leader to establish weekly/monthly sales and distribution projections
· Call on each account as scheduled. Notify Team Leader of any changes
· Monitor competitive activity
· Establish call frequency, records, and report objectives and accomplishments
· Maximize effective distribution of targeted packages
· Educate retailers on the necessity of proper beer handling and rotation
· Responsible for the coordination of and assist with POS items
· Maintain and track cooler space by brewer
· Maximize all merchandising opportunities
· Complete special instruction forms and places the completed forms in the service rep’s box.
· Look for opportunities to benefit the account and the product
· Keep accurate inventory
· Check cooler position, shelf position and identify new space opportunities
· Communicate order for each account as early as possible each day
· Sell each account in the assigned area based on pre-set objectives and the established IMPACT standards
· Check company email daily
Secondary Duties
· Arrive at work on time
· Have all selling tools available
· Maintain and account for all assigned company equipment
· Must follow all company policies and procedures, must comply with State beverage regulations and Great Bay’s safety program
· Keep Company provided vehicle clean
· Must follow instruction
· Must be adaptable to change; this is including, but not limited to: daily schedule or route, working hours, weekly schedule, Team leader, etc.
· Attend all company required meetings
· Other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills and Abilities: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to fill out work orders and other correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with groups of customers. Good time management skills, problem-solving skills and ability to multitask. Thorough knowledge of beverage laws. Must be aware and communicate policies to employees. Understand price points and margins; know all case deals.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to relate well with co-workers, supervisors, customers and the public. Ability to exhibit excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Product knowledge; Ability to solve conflicts in the trade; Ensure customer satisfaction
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Minimum of Class E Florida driver’s license.

Requirements:Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, climb or balance. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must constantly lift and/or move 40 pounds, push breakdown loaded with cases of beer from storage to cooler/display. The employee may move hundreds of cases of beer each day in the rotation of the product or moving it around the store – to the customer’s satisfaction.
Working Conditions: The employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to extreme cold while merchandising and rotating products in coolers. The noise level is moderate.
