Chick-fil-A Bucktown is seeking talented hospitality and food industry professionals to assist in the startup of one of Chick-fil-A's first free-standing restaurants inside of Chicago. The restaurant is equipped with a drive-thru canopy and outdoor heaters but the team member will be exposed to the elements. Operational Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Take ownership of the Chick-fil-A brand and purpose by being good stewards and having a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-ATake ownership of your own proficiency in the following areas: dining room, drive-thru, register/order taking, fulfilling beverage and dessert orders, expediting/bagging, cleaning checklist, and opening/closing tasks (if applicable)Be proactive in your shift for setting up the team for success (i.e. stocking, cleaning, etc.)Always arrive in full uniform and be ready to serve guests upon your scheduled timeDownload and actively check/use Restaurant AppsFollow all policies written in the team member handbookPromote a friendly, welcoming, and inclusive work environmentAlways have a "I will serve anywhere!" mentalityPossess a positive attitude with guests, peers, and leadershipAlways be open to feedback and keep an open line of communication with leadershipConsistently look for ways to serve othersNOTE: Team member responsibilities are not limited to the ones listed above.
