Responsibilities

• Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and servers.
• Check dishes for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before service.
• Communicate special requests and dietary needs clearly to the kitchen.
• Assist with organizing trays and running food as needed.
• Keep the expo station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
