The Product Manager, Data Migration will own the end-to-end onboarding and migration experience, ensuring customers have a smooth transition from legacy systems to a modern platform. This role requires strong technical understanding, product ownership, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver impactful solutions.

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for customer onboarding and data migration experiences.
• Design intuitive customer-facing tools, including dashboards, readiness checklists, and migration status trackers that provide transparency throughout the process.
• Lead the end-to-end experience for technical customer onboarding, transforming complex data conversion workflows into predictable and scalable processes.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop internal tools and infrastructure supporting large-scale data extraction, transformation, and migration activities.
• Translate technical challenges into clear product requirements and practical solutions that improve customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with design, customer success, sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize adoption and customer engagement.
• Develop lifecycle touchpoints that guide customers through migration preparation and post-launch feature adoption.
• Implement product analytics and data tracking strategies to measure migration performance, identify friction points, and improve workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation, product requirements, milestones, and performance metrics for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and product development workflows.
• Continuously evaluate customer feedback, operational insights, and data trends to enhance the product experience.

The ideal candidate is a technically minded product professional with experience building scalable products in fast-growing environments. They should combine strong product management skills with analytical thinking, technical curiosity, and a customer-focused mindset.

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably within a fast-growing startup or B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience collaborating with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver effective product solutions.
• Strong ability to translate technical challenges into user-friendly experiences and actionable product strategies.
• Experience using product analytics and data tracking tools to inform roadmap decisions and measure outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to use them effectively to improve workflows and productivity.
• Strong ownership mindset with adaptability, excellent communication skills, and a bias toward action.
• Experience leading complex data migrations, ETL processes, or technical data transformation projects is highly preferred.
• Background in growth product management, customer adoption, healthcare technology, dental technology, or related industries is a plus.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
