The Sr. IT Product Manager will lead enterprise product strategy and execution by aligning technology solutions with business priorities. This role is responsible for managing product lifecycles, developing teams, and ensuring technology investments deliver measurable results.

• Define and execute long-term product strategies and roadmaps in partnership with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on technology strategy, product investments, innovation opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives by aligning business, IT, development, quality assurance, and operational teams around shared objectives.
• Establish product success metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to evaluate adoption, performance, ROI, and business impact.
• Own product portfolio prioritization, balancing strategic initiatives, innovation opportunities, operational requirements, and resource constraints.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements, solution concepts, and actionable technology improvements.
• Partner with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet user expectations, technical standards, and quality requirements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and advanced analytics capabilities, to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Ensure products comply with security, regulatory, and operational requirements while proactively managing technology risks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop product team members by establishing best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Manage product financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, investment decisions, and cost optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in IT product management or related technology leadership roles, with experience managing complex enterprise initiatives.
• Proven success defining product strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle management practices.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills in complex business environments.
• Experience influencing senior executives and aligning teams around competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to define and operationalize product KPIs, success metrics, and performance reporting.
• Strong understanding of product investment decisions, financial planning, and ROI analysis.
• Experience managing and mentoring product teams, business analysts, or technology professionals.
• Ability to understand business application architectures, technical platforms, and software development processes.

• Competitive annual salary range of approximately $137,000 – $171,000.
