As a strategic partner to business leaders, this role is responsible for identifying opportunities, leading high-impact initiatives, and translating complex challenges into actionable recommendations. The Senior Manager, Strategy will combine analytical expertise, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Assess internal and external opportunities and risks by combining data analysis, business insights, and strategic judgment to support key decisions.
- Analyze and synthesize data to develop recommendations that improve visibility, performance, and decision-making.
- Partner with leadership teams to support strategic planning processes and bring initiatives from concept through execution.
- Scope, plan, and manage strategic projects by defining objectives, milestones, success metrics, resources, and potential risks.
- Lead initiatives that improve financial and operational performance while creating value for stakeholders.
- Apply structured problem-solving approaches to identify challenges, develop solutions, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve analysis, accelerate insights, and enhance decision-making.
- Create clear, compelling presentations and communications for executive and cross-functional audiences.
- Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership by providing insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance.
- Drive organizational change and continuously improve processes, collaboration methods, and operational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders across an organization. They should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing complex initiatives, and turning insights into action.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate strategy, FP&A, corporate development, banking, or related analytical roles.
- Experience from a top-tier strategy consulting firm, in-house strategy team, or comparable environment strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to move from data analysis to synthesis, recommendations, and business decisions.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while balancing strategic and tactical priorities.
- Experience using AI tools or agentic AI solutions to improve workflows and analytical processes.
- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and change management skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% for company meetings, team events, onboarding, and business needs.
- Demonstrates ownership, adaptability, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Competitive annual base salary range of $150,000 – $170,000.
