- Develop and execute market strategies to increase adoption of advanced diagnostic solutions within the US clinical market.
- Achieve revenue objectives by creating account-specific strategies, monitoring performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Build strong relationships with sales teams, application specialists, scientific affairs teams, clinical experts, and regional business partners to drive commercial success.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and research teams to support product launches and strengthen market positioning.
- Manage and support national studies, including coordination with scientific teams, field representatives, and key opinion leaders.
- Engage with clinical experts and stakeholders through scientific discussions focused on product implementation, effectiveness, and industry trends.
- Support internal education initiatives by helping field teams maintain strong knowledge of diagnostic solutions, demonstrations, training, and customer support.
- Develop value-based positioning strategies that communicate clinical, scientific, operational, and financial benefits to customers.
- Participate in customer visits with commercial teams to generate awareness, create demand, and build relationships with healthcare organizations.
- Represent solutions at industry conferences, scientific events, and professional forums to generate leads and market interest.
- Monitor competitive activity, customer feedback, market trends, and industry developments to provide strategic insights.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare customer reports, and share regular market feedback with business leadership.
- Degree-level qualification in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline; PhD preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of successful sales, business development, or commercial experience within clinical laboratory diagnostics.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical microbiology, antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST), and antimicrobial resistance.
- Strong ability to influence customers, manage complex sales processes, and drive adoption in competitive markets.
- Proven success developing strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, laboratories, and clinical stakeholders.
- Strong scientific and technical communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to audiences with varying levels of expertise.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with strong initiative, persistence, and commercial drive.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build trust and work effectively across multiple functions.
- Strong market awareness and understanding of competitive products and industry dynamics.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% within the United States.
- Valid passport and valid US driver’s license required.
- Competitive base salary range of $109,500 - $175,000 USD, depending on experience, qualifications, location, skills, and business requirements.
