This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex technology consulting projects in a fully remote, collaborative environment while partnering with cross-functional delivery teams and enterprise clients. In this role, you will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of high-value projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive operational excellence across multiple engagements. Beyond project delivery, you will mentor project managers, contribute to business development efforts, and help strengthen delivery best practices. - Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology implementation projects, ensuring successful execution across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resource objectives.
- Build and maintain project roadmaps, delivery plans, schedules, and resource allocations aligned with client priorities and long-term initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships while ensuring business goals, expectations, and project success criteria are clearly defined and achieved.
- Partner closely with technical leads and cross-functional delivery teams to coordinate project execution, manage priorities, and proactively resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Forecast, monitor, and manage project budgets, financial performance, revenue recognition, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and oversee project communications, status reporting, governance meetings, and executive updates for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and support project managers by providing guidance, coaching, and oversight to promote consistent delivery excellence and professional growth.
- Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards while maintaining accurate documentation, project controls, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify account growth opportunities, contribute to project scoping, estimates, statements of work, and proposal development for future engagements.
- Proven experience leading software implementation, technology consulting, or digital transformation projects valued between approximately $500K and $1M while managing scope, budget, timelines, and resources.
- Experience working within a consulting, professional services, or agency environment supporting multiple concurrent client engagements.
- Strong background managing cross-functional technical teams across various engagement models, including fixed-fee, time-and-materials, and managed services.
- Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, clients, and internal leadership.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and technology implementation projects.
- Experience managing project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, revenue recognition, and margin management.
- Ability to develop project estimates, statements of work, change requests, and project documentation.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience mentoring or leading other project managers is highly desirable.
- Scrum Master certification or equivalent project management certification is considered an asset.
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 USD, based on experience and location.
